TRACO takes privacy and data protection issues seriously. We have designed this Privacy Policy to explain how we handle personally identifiable information collected from users who register for services and submit information to through the Internet.

Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers TRACO's treatment of personally identifiable information collected from customers (hereafter "customer" or "you") who use TRACO, as well as consumer information that we acquire in the course of our business. This Policy also covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that TRACO's business partners may share with it.
 

This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that the creators of TRACO do not own or control, or to people that TRACO does not employ or manage. This Policy is specific to
TRACO. 

Information Collection and Use

TRACO collects personally identifiable information when you register for an account. may also receive personally identifiable information from its resellers and other business partners.

When you register with TRACO, we ask for your contact information (such as your name, street address and email address), as well as certain information pertaining to your billing information (such as a credit card number).
 

The personally identifiable information may include, for example, the amount of the transaction, the consumer's name/business, credit card number and expiration date, billing address and shipping address.

TRACO uses the information collected to fulfill your requests for certain products and services. We may also send customers service announcements, newsletters, and periodic notices about specials and new products. Personally identifiable consumer information is used to process payment transactions and for no other purpose.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Protecting personally identifiable information about customers and consumers is important to us. Your personal information is never shared outside of TRACO without your permission, except under conditions explained below.

Inside Lexinet, the creator and host of the TRACO website, data is stored in controlled servers with limited access. Lexinet may send your personal information to other companies or people under any of the following circumstances: when we have your consent to share the information; we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; we need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of TRACO to provide a product or service to you (we will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose); or we want to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, special offers or other information we think you'd like to hear about either from us or from our business partners (unless you have opted out of these types of communications). TRACO contains links to other sites. Lexinet does not share your personal information with those websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of those companies.

Our website may contain links to websites operated by other companies. Some of these third-party sites may be co-branded with a Lexinet logo, even though they are not operated or maintained by Lexinet. Although we choose our business partners carefully, Lexinet is not responsible for the privacy practices of web sites operated by third parties that are linked to our site. Once you have left our website, you should check the applicable privacy policy of the third party website to determine how they will handle any information they collect from you.


Information Security

Secure transfer and storage of client data are of utmost importance to TRACO. Data that is electronically uploaded is secured via SSL encryption authenticated by a Verisign Secure Site Seal.

All data, no matter how it is transferred to Lexinet is stored on servers protected by industry-standard and high-level security, including firewalls and password protection. Access to databases is limited to employees subject to confidentiality restrictions and solely for the purposes of producing mailing pieces for our clients. Additionally, access to the computer rooms that contain our file servers is controlled by touch pad access and other physical, electronic and managerial procedures to secure client data.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We use firewalls and other security technology to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.

We also require that any personally identifiable consumer information sent to us by you be encrypted using SSL encryption.

Account Information and Preferences

TRACO gives you the ability to edit your TRACO Account Information and preferences at any time, including whether you want TRACO to contact you about specials and new products.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

TRACO reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. If there are material changes to this statement or in how TRACO will use personally identifiable information, TRACO will post notice on the TRACO homepage.
